Terms and Conditions

Full terms and conditions are sent out with the booking confirmation.

Your booking will be reserved for one week from request
Booking reservations not confirmed within one week from request will be cancelled
25% deposit required on confirmation of booking
Balance due 12 weeks before booking start date
Refundable security deposit, £250 to be paid 1 month before booking start date. The deposit will be refunded to you after the end of your holiday, subject to any deduction for damages or excessive cleaning
Cancellation more than 12 weeks before booking start date - 10% of full rental retained by us
Cancellation between 8 to 12 weeks before booking start date - 50% of full rental retained by us
Cancellation less than 8 weeks before booking start date - no refunds
You are responsible for your own travel arrangements
Check in 4pm on day of arrival, check out 11 am on day of departure (we will be flexible if we can, do ask)
