Spend a leisurely morning or afternoon at the Torre Guaceto Nature Reserve, walking slowly, to meet and discover nature. The tours, lasting about 2 hours and a half, are carried out in the afternoon, along easy trails or trails of intermediate difficulty which are also accessible to children and beginners.

It is a little known fact that some of Italy’s finest oils hail from Puglia. Extra virgin olive oil - unblended olive oil taken from the first pressing - is often reserved for use in salad dressings while piquant chilli oil can be drizzled over antipasti dishes such as roasted peppers, marinated artichoke hearts, sliced aubergines.

Pizzica is the traditional music and dance of Puglia. Expressing the rhythms of the land and steeped in history, pizzica can be enjoyed by young and old alike.

Puglia evenings take place on Tuesdays during the summer season from 7.30pm, at a Masseria located between Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica.

Explore the heart of local Puglia towns. Learn the history of the ancient architecture punctuated with anecdotes and historical tales. A local guide will show you the quaint corners of the old town of Ceglie Messapica, Cisternino, Ostuni and Martina Franca. With your guide you will discover hidden delights and small restaurants tucked away in side streets, buzzing with local chatter and families out for an evening meal. The tours start at 6:30 pm and last about an hour and are an ideal way to discover the old historic town centres before dinner in one of the restaurants that you will find.

Scuba Diving at all levels is available, at about 40 minutes drive from Casalabate / Lendinuso. Currently costs are €50 euros a dive and €50 euros for equipment hire. The dive masters are italian but speak some english.

Accompanied snorkelling organised by Torre Guaceto Marine Reserve, Puglia. Enjoy diving into the blue of the Adriatic without breathing apparatus but with mask and flippers. This activity is also suitable for beginners. Before diving, you attend a preliminary meeting in Serranova, from where you will be taken to the diving site by van. The whole activity will last about one hour and a half. You can hire the equipment on the spot.

Or if you are already experienced, accompanied wind-surfing with all equipment is also available.

Puglia wines are becoming more and more well-known and are exported to many countries throughout the world! While you are here in Puglia try negroamaro, primitivo and some beautiful whites. We can introduce you to our local cantinas where you will be able to taste the wines and buy wine for your holiday or to take home with you. The prices in the cantina are amazingly low - from 90cents to 1 euro 40 a litre. Better prices and better wine than you will find in the supermarkets.
